Yo No? G.I. Joe: Retaliation release pushed to next year
G.I. Joe: Retaliation has been reportedly pushed back nine months to March 29th, 2013. The sequel to 2009′s G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra was supposed to come out on June 29th but Paramount decided to push it back to release the film in 3D. Films have had a lot of success in 3D as of late, especially with movies such as Titanic and the recent box-office hit The Avengers. Whether this is a good decision for Retaliation remains a big question. Retaliation is a reboot of the franchise, hoping to make up for the poor reviews the first film garnered. The sequel stars Bruce Willis, Channing Tatum & Dwayne Johnson and is directed by John Chu, well known for directing Step Up 3D and Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.
Guess we’ll have to wait a little more to say Yo Joe!

I have to wait until next year?
Oh well, the anticipation will have plenty of time to build up.
Indeed! Hope it is as good as it is hyped. Thats always the problem when movies are over hyped – the disappointment affects you way more. Nonetheless, we’ll see!
