THE EXPENDABLES 2 – Toronto Red Carpet Premiere
Toronto got a special treat this past Monday with a special Red Carpet premiere of this summer’s – and probably this year’s – biggest action film: The Expendables 2. Directed by Simon West (The Mechanic), the film is a direct sequel to the 2010 film and features the biggest action stars in the industry: Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Liam Hemsworth, Scott Adkins, Chuck Norris and Jean-Claude Van Damme. A pretty epic cast!
Terry Crews and Randy Couture attended the premiere on Monday, sharing many witty one-liners, Old Spice jokes, the occasional headlock and what not! The two actors spent a whole day doing press runs before finally hitting the Scotiabank Theatre to greet fans, do a few interviews and then join the audience for a special advance screening, which was followed by a Q&A moderated by Richard Crouse.
