Talia recently completed her final year of study at the University of Toronto, where she specialized in English Literature. She has a great love of film, but highly recommends that you read the book first.

Born and raised in Toronto as a long-suffering Leafs fan. He is a largely self-taught photographer who has had a camera since he was about nine or ten. Loves shooting celebrity events, nature, travel and portraits.

Qi is a grad student in journalism at Columbia University. He completed his B.A. at the University of Toronto. In his spare time, Chen watches Japanese films and is a guru of Japanese television.

When not assisting The Arts Scene with videography and photos, Glenn enjoys watching films and various theatre events across the city, with a particular love for the horror genre.

Mani is an entrepreneur, business dude and lover of everything photography. When not working on another brilliant idea or helping others achieve their own, he enjoys taking photos and spending time with family and friends.

Devin is a screenwriter, blogger and entertainment aficionado from Toronto, Ontario. After graduating from York University’s Film/Cinema Studies program, He worked at Tribute Magazine and is now writing about films on his blog, The Arts Scene and Movie Knight.

Eric is a film reviewer and writer from Toronto, Ontario. Recently, his credentials include hosting, co-writing, and producing The Film Slate for Rogers TV (Durham & York Region). He has been a regular both behind and in front of the camera with Rogers for close to seven years now. Eric’s background includes a three year honours diploma from Centennial College in Broadcast and Film. Known in college as “Sources” due to his vast knowledge of film, he is not easily stumped when it comes to movies. Eric interned in pre film research, post film marketing, and is an expert in film continuity.

Shanil spends his free time reading speculative fiction, playing in virtual universes, and watching every readily-available film and TV show.

A recent commerce graduate, Yvonne has interests beyond the typical corporate culture. She spends her time exploring the city around her, intrigued by everything from ballet, musicals, great food and tea culture. There are very few things she doesn’t like in life and anything in the arts will excite her and peak her interest.

Heidy has a love of fine art history, films, books, politics/world issues, music and science, leading her to share her adventures on her own blog and as a contributor at other outlets. She loves sharing the many happenings in Toronto and hopes people will go out and support the arts in any fashion possible.

Marc loves photograph and loves watching movies, so it was but natural to find opportunities to combine both interests. Professionally, Marc is a programmer, showcasing his love for animation.
